P+T Market Scan - 5 Day Product Design Workshop
Background
PwC frequently collaborates with third-party providers to address clients' unique challenges. However, partners and executive leads spend significant time managing third-party requests, making the process inefficient. To streamline this, we envisioned a tool that connects pre-evaluated technology and service providers—assessed for security, scalability, experience, and other business criteria—with the right executives. This enables informed decisions on partnerships or investments to better serve clients' needs.
We had a 5 day workshop to come up with a business plan, a prototype to pitch the idea and transform it into a solid proposal. My role was to represent the design team and envision the experience with the help of PwC product guidelines. The team was a mix of product managers, executives, customer success and go-to-market teams, and various SMEs that joined our sessions and shared their views.

Day 3: Initial wireframes and a low fidelity prototype, discussions about improvements. Interviews with SMEs.
Day 4: Fine tuning prototype with discussions around use cases/scenarios. Inviting SMEs to take a look at our solution and provide feedback.
Day 5: Final tweaks on Presentation and Prototype. Closing notes over next steps. Estimations over level of effort.
