Starbucks Turkiye

Experiential Marketing & Crisis Management

After the protests in Istanbul’s Gezi Park, #OccupyGezi, June 2013, Starbucks Turkey faced to lose its fans and brand reputation because of a misunderstood statement spread in social media and news. After 6 months of silence, we started digital communication again with actively monitoring online responses and comments, making the brand a love mark again.

Scope of the work

We were responsible for all social and digital communication including social media strategy, seasonal campaigns and channel specific contents. Also according to global communication guideline, we performed localization of brand materials including all print and poster designs, landing pages, e-mail marketing and media planning.

Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles

Design Context

With the launch of the new 2014 Sprinter, Mercedes-Benz organized an intensive roadshow event to promote and meet the product with its current and potential users. In 95 days, a route of 28000 kilometers achieved, visiting 71 cities and meeting about 15000 customers while giving away thousands of printed promotional materials, accessories, gifts. We were, on the other hand, thinking about expanding the product experience using the digital technologies and power of social channels.

Scope of the Work

We designed a facebook application that is only for the visitors of the roadshow where they can express and share their admiration for the brand and product. Also based on the long term, give value - get value principle, we designed a mobile application and a platform proposal where Sprinter drivers can connect and share their experiences and knowledge.

Total Oil

Facebook Advergame

TotalCup is an advergame using Facebook platform. It is a part of customer loyalty card where individuals are encouraged to become a ClubTotalCard member and form a team. Each time they buy gas, they go further to achieve their goal in a conceptual racing platform.

Scope of the Work

We produced the visual interface design as well as the working concept and wireframes. Also we used content marketing channels to promote the applications as well as direct promotion on locations.

AVON

Project Brief

For the launch of new product line, we prepared a 360° communications strategy for AVON. It started with a press event with the famous Turkish celebrity Hadise as the face of new product line and included a roadshow, tv commercials and digital media planning.

Scope of the Work

We were responsible for the application of 360° communication strategy including print and brochure designs as well as digital channels; landing pages, facebook applications, website updates, e-mailing and banner ads.

GlaxoSmithKline

Brand Context

GlaxoSmithKline is one of the leading pharmaceutical and healthcare products company with its well known brands like Sensodyne, BreatheRight, Pronamel, Parodontax, Corega, Panaheat, Niquitin, Aquafresh. ProximityIstanbul was responsible for all digital communications of these brands and I had to chance to add value to their work which was kindly recognized by brand managers and brand executives.

Scope of the Work

We created all digital and social media strategy on how to use the channels effectively for sales development and brand recognition. We designed not only digital campaigns and tv commercials but also direct marketing events to promote our products better.

Erikli | Nestlé Waters

Project Brief

With more than 200K fans on Facebook, Erikli is a beloved water brand regardless of demographics. We used the power of online and social presence of the brand to provide an easy to use and time saving application to order bottled water from anywhere you are online.
Erikli won a silver Effie effectiveness award in 2013 for its effective social media communication.

Scope of the Work


We designed a facebook application for online ordering. The application uses phone number registration to identify users and send them notifications. Users only need to associate their mobile phone with their account once. We also crated social media contents to promote the application which is also working on mobile devices through website.
